If you wish to buy our downloadable contract templates you should add the documents you want to buy to your cart, proceed to the checkout page, complete your order details and confirm that they are correct. You will then be transferred to the website of our payment services provider to make your card payment.

Our payment services provider, Protx, is one of the largest independent payment service providers in the UK. Through Protx, we accept by Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro and American Express payments. If you prefer, you can pay for our downloads via PayPal - the option to pay via PayPal is included on the Protx website.

An email containing a link which will enable you to download the templates you have purchased will be sent to you after payment has been received.

If, within 48 hours of paying for a document template, you notify us in writing that the document template is not suitable for the purpose for which you purchased it, we will email to you a cancellation form. You must complete and sign the cancellation form, and return it - together with photocopies of appropriate identification documents - to us by post or fax within 7 days of the date of issue of the cancellation form. The cancellation form includes a legal declaration that you have deleted the relevant template from your computer and from all media in your possession and control, and a legal undertaking that you will not in any event use the template without repurchasing it from our website. Within 14 days of receipt of a duly completed cancellation form and satisfactory identification evidence (matching the registered user information held on our website database) we will send to you a refund of the full amount paid for the relevant template. In order to avoid abuse, the guarantee may only be excercised by a registered user in relation to one template document in each calendar year.
