Sample Letter of Confidentiality
After you have edited the letter of confidentiality to your satisfaction, two signed copies should be sent by the person disclosing the confidential information (the disclosor) to the person to whom the confidential information will be disclosed (the recipient). Both copies should then be counter-signed by the recipient, and one copy should be returned to the sender. The confidentiality letter expressly provides that it will only come into force when the counter-signed letter is received by the disclosor (although, as with the rest of the letter, you may amend this term).
