This standard distribution agreement template is designed to be used in relation to non-exclusive distribution deals within the UK or the wider EU. The agreement includes both the general terms upon which a distributorship will be granted, and the specific terms upon which the distributor will purchase products from the supplier.

The rights of distribution under the agreement are granted in respect of a particular territory. As the distribution agreement is non-exclusive, the supplier reserves the right to appoint other distributors in that territory. (If you want to exclude this right, you should consider the equivalent exclusive distributor agreement.)
