This is an end user licence agreement template. It can be used to create click-wrap, shrink-wrap and web-wrap licences. The licensees under the agreement may be consumers and/or businesses. Various optional provisions are included, such as software update provisions, and provisions relating to remote support services. In addition, a clause containing a right to return software is included. This may be relevant in the case of shrink-wrap and click-wrap licences.

Note that the courts in some jurisdictions have found some end user licence agreements to be unenforceable in some cases.
