Sample Software Maintenance and Licence Contract
This software maintenance and licence contract is flexible enough to be used with a wide range of licensing models, including where software is licensed on the basis of particular number of installations or concurrent users. The maintenance services covered include the provision of a helpdesk, assistance with the identification and correction of faults in the software, the provision of upgrades, and ad hoc development services.
Unlike our standard software licence and maintenance contract template, this document also includes an optional licence of the software source code and optional escrow provisions.
