The license may be limited to particular users, particular premises, a particular number of concurrent users, a particular number of installations, or a particular computer system.

The template refers to an end user license agreement. However, it does not include an end user license agreement as such. If you need one, you should consider our end user license agreement template.

Similarly, the template refers to but does not include an escrow agreement. Typically, an escrow services provider will supply their own escrow agreement.
