This is a set of standard terms and conditions for a carpet fitting business. The T&Cs are drafted on the assumption that the carpet fitter will not be supplying the carpets to be fitted, although the carpet fitter may be supplying other materials, such as tacks, gripper sticks, door rods and underlay.
