A handyman can provide a wide range of different services, from decorating to joinery, and from repairs to tiling. This handyman terms and conditions templates is drafted with this variability in mind, to cover as many of the handyman-type services as feasible.

Sample Handyman Contract

Flexibility is built-in to the template. For example, payments may be calculated by reference to an hourly rate, pre-agreed charges, materials costs, price lists, or by some combination of these methods. Again, optional provisions are included to cover booking arrangements, cancellations, the supply of materials by the handyman, the storage of handyman equipment at the customer's premises, the preparation of the premises by the customer, estimates, and so on.

This template includes optional provisions to assist in compliance with the Distance Selling Regulations. If the supplier will enter into contracts covered by Doorstep Selling Regulations, then our doorstep selling add-on should be used to supplement this contract template.
