This is our terms of business template for personal training contracts. It is designed for use by a personal trainer (or personal training services business) as its standard terms of business document. It is suitable for use where a service is being provided to consumers, where the person paying for the training services is the person who is receiving those services. It is unsuitable for use where the client is a business.

Sample Personal Training Contract

The template has been drafted to protect the interests of the trainer services provider, whilst taking account of consumer protection legislation. However, if the personal trainer will or may enter into contracts with consumers regulated by the Doorstep Selling Regulations, then our doorstep selling add-on should be used to supplement this template.
